The Opportunity
The Product Manager will be responsible for end to end feature delivery including requirement gathering, competitor feature analysis, feature grooming, writing detailed epics and stories and ensuring timely delivery of the features by leading a cross functional scrum team consisting of developers, scrum master, UI/UX, and QA. The Product Manager will also be responsible for triaging production bugs, prioritizing them and getting fixes delivered within the stipulated time frame.
The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product and Engineering. This role is remote and will be based within the United States and will regularly interface with US-based team members across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Seamless Execution of Product Roadmap

- Gather and consolidate feature requirements by talking to internal staff, conducting user interviews, and performing competitor feature analysis.
- Plan feature development work by taking into consideration development and testing estimates and execute an epic end to end
- Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing web responsive mockups.
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to ensure timely delivery of feature deliverables in fast paced 2 week sprints.
- Perform UAT testing of the feature to ensure high quality of the new features.
- Maintain High Quality of Product

- Triage bugs logged by sales, customer service, and end users regularly.
- Assess priority levels of bugs and identify appropriate releases for fixes.
- Coordinate timeline of bug fixes with the cross functional team and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform UAT testing of the bug fixes to ensure high quality of the fixed features.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Document and communicate product updates, progress, and changes to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including executives, engineers, contractors, and customer experience teams.
- Prepare recommendations to track, report feature usage, and illustrate its impact on end users.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager with minimum 1 years of experience executing a product roadmap for B2B SaaS platforms.
- Experience developing products on web and mobile devices
- Previous experience with Jira, Miro, Figma, Whimsical or similar tools, and exposure to analytical tools preferably Google Analytics, MySQL.
- High levels of independence, organization and strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership over features and grooming from end to end.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with multiple teams at once, taking inputs from many people to accomplish business goals.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, listen closely to understand needs and concerns, and translate feedback into workflows.
- Excitement about and passion for working in a fast-paced tech startup environment, with the ability to pivot when necessary and a penchant for problem solving.
- Experience in the philanthropy and/or nonprofit space is a strong plus.
- Experience building grantmaking or related software is a strong plus.
Total Compensation (Salary and Benefits)
The Product Manager role is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive compensation package that includes salary, benefits, and additional perks. The annual salary range for this position is $100k - $120K and will be commensurate to experience. All full-time staff are eligible for our generous benefits package, including:
